The hotel is really, definitely fun for kids and adults. They fell short on the room. No hand soap in the bathroom, water got to lukewarm at best. When the water finally got warmer the next day, it was only because I left it running for mor3 than five minutes.

Cons - no microwave in room , has to go to 3 floor to use one - no closet - no refrigerator or microwave in room - 90 dollars extra at check in for a voucher ( wasn’t asked for & you have to purchase the 90$ voucher) - no roof top as stated Pros -Respectful staff -Near 3 subways walking distance - hotel located in a good location.

I love this location and their staff is fantastic from the front desk, to the restaurant to housekeeping. With all the compliments on the team, I did struggle a bit during my stay. The in room TV remote would not allow me to shut off the screen, the tv had to be physically disconnected by facilities late at night because the buttons didn’t work. The lighting system in the room the options that were for the nigh lamps would not turn off and the bulb had to be unscrewed. On three separate occasions myself and other guests thought we were going to be stuck on the elevator that takes you up to the lounge, restaurant area. The elevators not only rattled loudly but it felt like it was falling. All around a lovely hotel in need of some love.
