Room was excellent, I always stay at Marco when I’m in town, which is 3-4 times a month. But this time was a little off, I was ok having a later checkout but the morning of check out the phone started ringing at 11am. I told staff I have a 12pm check out and came 12pm the knocking at the door, and phone calls to the room at 12:10pm asking if I’m leaving yet. I felt so rush to leave the hotel during this trip. I’ll wait a bit before coming back to Marco.

The room size was clean. The interior needs a refresh. The major issue is I couldn't sleep all night because of the noise outside. There was construction activity next to the hotel that happened all night. And the ambulance siren, along with car horn was very loud. No other issue, the staff was friendly.

My booking included breakfast they told me not included. In addition, the room was noisy with rumbling sound from heaters, even though I turned off my own. Nonetheless the shuttle service was timely, credit where credit is due

Staff was extremely courteous and professional. Also, room was very clean and I was quite pleased with my accommodations. The only critique I offer is that even though I had made sure to place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door to indicate that I did not wish for housekeeping to enter my room while I was out for the day (as I had been instructed to do by the front desk upon check-in) they nevertheless did enter in my absence which I discovered upon my return later that evening, with the "Do Not Disturb" sign placed on the interior of the door, as if I had never hung it on the exterior face of the door. Perhaps there is a better way to communicate with housekeeping should a short-term guest prefer not to have anyone enter the room during their stay.
