Room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and attentive. However, high traffic areas carpet needs a deep cleaning. Otherwise my stay with Indigo flushing NY was pleasant. By the way there is a $100 deposit per night per room. That was a surprise to me because it is not mentioned on cheap tickets website.

I have request room service twice no nobody ever came. Being in a four star hotel at Flushing there’s no water bottle at all on the first day arrival we had to run down by ourselves. The fan noise in the room is super loud the flashing toilet not working well it’s a great location, but I don’t know how it’s four star. Guest service in the front desk is very nice convenience location on Prince Street. But I think I can find something better.

Bed was too soft (aged). One of my days there, elevator was not working. This 75 years old man had to walk from 7th floor to lobby with my cane. However, the front desk staff were very nice and friendly.
