There's always something new to talk about. Come and check it out for yourself and see what's so wonderful about Holiday Inn Express. They have everything you need, no need to leave to do your laundry, they have a laundry, they have Free breakfast every morning 7days a week, the suites have everything, it's like living in your own apartment... But don't take from me, come and see for yourself at the Holiday Inn Express on 3rd avenue and 182nd Street across the street from Saint Barnabas Hospital. Come. Hospitality is the best, STAFF is amazing 😍. Property is clean, safe, just amazing. See it for yourself. Thank you for your hospitality Holiday Inn Express it's ALWAYS a pleasure.

A Gem in the Bronx

The Hotel is clean as can be. It is direct across from a major Hospital and its Emergency Dept. Shopsxwalking distance away, Chinese and Healthfoid store. The Hotel has a good hot breakfast or cold if you prefer. I cant fault it I am pleasantly surprised as sone reviews were bad and you hear bad things about the bronx. I will cone again. Yeah.

Always a pleasure to stay in the Holiday Inn Express, it's ALWAYS clean, professional, safe, quiet and you can always count on Breakfast, that first fresh cup of coffee in the morning, is The Best. Staff is professional, wonderful, pleasant, very resourceful, they even have a laundry room for the guest, you don't even have to leave the hotel to do your laundry. That's the best part. This is roughing it in New York.

This is not an easy place to get to in New York and is a nightmare if you drive for there is only on the street parking. The neighborhood is noisy because of the Hospital across the street which also contributes to the lack of parking spaces. The room has a restricted TV option (no cable or satellite channels) and the shower did not have enough hot water.

We came to visit the Bronx Zoo and Botanical Garden and this was a good pick for the trip, the room was very clean, and we were able to walk to food as well as the parks. I wanted to share how the staff here did a great job with some random situations during our stay. Our door's safety latch locked behind us when we left in the afternoon, so when we came back to change before dinner, we could not get in. Yaya and Leslie did everything in their power to unlatch the safety catch from outside the room, and the four of us were joking and laughing through the whole thing. Eventually, they made sure that someone on the maintenance staff would be able to come in and get us back into our room (shout out to Jeffrey as well, as he came and handled the situation even though he was off the clock!). They went above and beyond, and made what could have been a really stressful experience into a lighthearted and funny one. These two staff members also had to juggle a bunch of issues at the front desk related to other guests' check in processes at pretty much the same time, and they handled everything going on with professionalism and grace. A fire alarm also went off at 1:00 am later on, and that situation was handled well too. Overall I would reccomend this hotel as the best of some limited options in the area, and I believe the staff will do everything they can to ensure a good stay. Just be careful leaving the room, as the safety latches might just lock behind you!
