Although the staff were very nice upon checking in we were not told anything about the layout of the hotel such as where gym was, where to get breakfast or coffee in the AM etc. We would have appreciated getting an idea of the layout of the hotel. Accommodations were very nice, room clean & pillows comfy. I would stay there again.

All staff were helpful. Room was clean, nice & accommodating. Stayed three nites. Cleaning staff very Friendly. The front door was not working properly. Patrons had to use the restaurant door to enter hotel. It was difficult to do with luggage.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Hotel in Staten island. What would have been better is for the hotel to have a shuttle to the shops and church. If you don't have a car, you ate taking Uber or Lyft every where
