I reserved a room with 2 queen beds back in August. When we tried to check in December I was told that no 2 queen beds were available; supposedly they overbooked. They offered a king and a rollout bed (BIG NO TO THAT). Fortunately they were able to book us at the Hampton Inn, a few hundrer feet away. The Hilton management should have had the courtesy to call me ahead of time to allow me to make alternate plans. I stayed at the Hilton last year with a thumbs up, this year double thumbs down!!
