Its just a mediocre hotel near laguardia, and as far as i can see no mention was previously made about needing to psy a 100.00 deposit. If there are 3 rowdy teenagers checking in i could see asking for a deposit. But a 71 year old woman who arrived after 930p and told mgr she would be leaving in just a few hours for an early flight. I mean, use some common sense, ya know?

The bed was super uncomfortable, linen was clean. molds on the shower curtain lining, table lamp don’t work, horrible parking, if you are not a good driver don’t even try parking located at the rear of the building. The whole building is in need of renovation. Not worth the price!

For a hotel that is right in the middle of everything, they could have put some effort into to cleaning the rooms properly. Sure the building is old but one should not have to walk in and there is mold every where. There were molds on the shower curtain… in the ceiling. I had to change rooms twice. I’d would also like to know why were there hairs in the bathroom sink and on the door… if the room was cleaned. Even the curtains were dirty. The floors were uneven… you can feel the vibration of the vehicles passing. Oh not to mention the beds that squeak. These folks need to do better. It was a very disappointing experience. And you guys need to get rid of that no refund policy when it’s your negligence that makes guests want to leave. I left after my first night and I’ll never return here.
