Not the best hotel not the worst. Room phone did not work the entirety of my stay, despite bringing it to their attention. Hotel is wirn, carpets are dirty. Room was either freezing or piping hot. Hot water in shower was incosistent. Blanket on bed was as thin as the sheet.charged twice for the same adjustment fee. Had to walk a block.or two to hail a taxi

Great location within easy walking distance of multiple NYC subway lines. Room was ready a little early which is big when touring NYC. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The room was like a shoebox, our suitcase needed to go in the tiny bathroom. Booked an extra night, has I had under booked initially, I was booked at a different Marriott hotel, even though you had all the details of my initial booking. Money was taksn out of my account, trying to get my money back after I cancelled more or less straight away, has proved to be very difficult. I will never stay at the Marriott again, nor recommend it to anyone. Poor customer service

Really pleased with our stay. Comfortable, clean room, with comfy beds. All the staff were very friendly, and check in was fast. Hotel is in a great location with wide selection of supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the subway. Plenty to see within walking distance too. Lifts were a bit slow, and unfortunately there were no stairs to the lobby but that is my only criticism.

Don’t stay in room 1410- you can hear everything happening from other rooms from one of the vents. I called the front desk on my cellphone because the phone did not work. Cleaning lady comes every other day, and she forgot to leave coffee, be careful when opening the refrigerator door it slams into the mirror right next to it. Maintenance was not able to figure out which room the noises were coming from. So the duct taped the vent a few times and said they would move us, the tape somewhat worked with tv volume up. Plus we only had two nights to go.
