Staff at the desk were amazing. Quick check in. General room is very compact. Not a lot of space. Did leave the “DND” tag on the door and housekeeping still knocked around 10am even though check out is 12pm.

Elevators very slow and sucked up a lot of our time. And what’s with three towels when it’s two beds for four people? The beds are not a true double, they are European double so they’re smaller than normal.

The room was small, however it’s NY, so couldn’t expect to much. The rooms are exactly what the picture shows, there is a restaurant in the hotel, pizzeria around the corner, corner stores nearby, and a Starbucks a couple blocks over.
