There are better options out there

Check-in was unpleasant. The system was dowb, the staff were frustrated and clearly showed it, even to guests. Reception area was crowded. Generally people who work there don’t seem happy to be there. Check-out, there was no one. I had to wait several minutes for staff to appear, again very indifferent. Room was small but decent for one. Housekeeping forgot to replace a towel but I didn’t need that as there was a spare. Overall, not a great experience.

Great little bar. They made a solid martini. Clean and convenient location. You can easily explore the Chelsea area. Check in went smoothly. Rooms were clean. Only ding would be there wasn’t any complimentary water as they stated would be there. Would definitely book again.

Our room on the 10th floor was nice, clean, had a great view, and quiet. The bed was comfortable; the shower was very good. We also enjoyed the view. And having Lulla on the first floor was bonus! The toilet backed up twice, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but the staff took care of the problem immediately both times.

At the bar all staff were not courteous and friendly. If one particular person wasn't there, others weren't attentive at all. I went during different times of the day and if a particular person wasn't there, my wait time to be acknowledged and served would have been longer.
