I enjoyed the clean and modern decor, the hotel feels like it has been recently renovated. The location is absolutely amazing—less than a block from Eataly and surrounded by countless wonderful cafés and restaurants, also an easy walk or short subway ride to all the tourists attractions. Having an on-site restaurant was also convenient, and the hotel’s shuttle service to the airport was a nice added bonus.
However, there were a few downsides. The reception staff was not very welcoming, which set a disappointing tone at check-in.
But the biggest issue—and the one that truly affected the overall experience—was the elevator situation. With elevators out of service, the wait times were often over 20 minutes just to get into an elevator. This became extremely frustrating and overshadowed many of the positives.
Overall, the hotel has strong potential thanks to its cleanliness, modern feel, and unbeatable location, but the service and elevator issues need serious attention.
