This was our second stay at the Casablanca Hotel and we just love it. The hotel is quaint and beautiful. The staff are wonderful. The location is fantastic. We walked all over for wonderful shopping, the theatre, dining and Central Park. The second floor continental breakfast is lovely with drinks and snacks all day. A serene gathering place. Our first stop and last stop is always the Brooklyn Diner next door for her favorite Oreo shake. We had dinner at Tony’s next door with concierge able to get a last minute reservation for us…even though they were full, which was delicious and appreciated. We will be back. Thank you

Older looking hotel, but very clean. The staff were amazing: both professional and very helpful and accommodating. Check in was very simple and we were given a free upgrade which was very nice. Cafe area was nice, continental breakfast included, and although we had to check out by noon, they held our luggage until the evening so we could go explore NY for the day until we had to fly out. I would highly recommend this place if you want excellent service, comfortable rooms and perfect location. 5 stars!

Fabulous location and excellent stay!

Everyone was lovely and genuinely kind. It’s like a little oasis in Time Square. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. The hotel is spotless and shockingly quiet! If you can, slip a few bucks to the breakfast staff, they don’t have a tip jar but they greatly appreciated the gesture.

Great location to Time Square and the hotel was excellent. The room (2 Queens) was small but well appointed. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. I plan to stay here again.

A wonderful property central to all the theaters, shopping, Times Square and subway stations. We especially liked Rick's Café which offered 24 hour coffee and snacks, and a nice continental breakfast every morning. We'll be back.

Great for a weekend stay in the city!

Beautiful experience in New York with my daughters. The location was perfect for a weekend theatre trip, we walked everywhere. The close proximity to wonderful restaurants, museums, parks, and shopping made the city so accessible. The best part of our weekend was the friendly staff especially on the second floor. Enjoyed meeting other travelers during breakfast and feeling pampered at our home away from home in NYC. We will be back. Thank you.

Very neatly decorated small hotel with lots of charm. Rick’s was a great touch. Friendly staff. Great stay, would recommend! Beware of the parking garage next door I did park there and use the discounted hotel parking and I was 15 min late picking up the car and they charged me for a whole extra day. Other than that it was a great stay.
