Decent for the price

The property was decently maintained. Room and halls were clean. Parking area was cluttered and we saw rats. Bed was uncomfortable and the window was covered with a cling on sign so you couldn't see outside. The hotel is right next to a police precinct on one side and the Highbridge on the other. We were able to walk to Manhattan (Washington Heights). Site says 15 minute walk to Yankee Stadium but we chose to Uber. Would definitely stay again for the price and convenience (but will bring our own towels and bedding next time!).

This place was a convenient location but it is a late night sex hotel for couples not really family friendly and limited amenities. It was good for the price and place to sleep because of location and my plans but would not st a y there with my family again and I had four rooms.

Not adequate to be on expedia. For someone visiting, this place is terrible. No Wi-Fi, no mass transit near, and located on the highway. You must order a cab just to go grab a coffee, and good luck trying to do with no wifi. I booked the place for 5 days, but left after 3 nights. Booking is non-refundable, but I couldn't stay there any longer.

I pretty much spent 130$ for a parking spot overnight in an unsecured parking lot. This hotel felt dirty and neglected, and the area around it felt unsafe. The sheets were stained, there was no dead-bolt on the door, there was a sliding window that wasn't locked when we arrived (fortunately we noticed that it even opened - most hotels don't have windows you can open), the whole place smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. This hotel is right beside a police department, so there were sirens all night, and the walls seem paper-thin so you can hear people in the hallway at all hours of the night. Someone told us we were lucky we weren't murdered staying in this area of the Bronx. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I care about.

Well, it was cheap and it served its purpose, but it was not very clean and just to name a few things, the toilet seat wasnt attached and the bathroom door was hanging by 2 hinges. The floors were kind of dirty and hairy, but on a good note we didnt see any bugs and it was convenient for a baseball game and again, the price was right.
