It’s a bit of a mixed picture: great hotel, rooms are fine, modern bathrooms, nice enclosed rooftop bar, and most importantly, friendly group of staff members. Unfortunately, at check-in no one bothered to explain the amenities. Guests pay a daily fee for amenities like coffee, water, snacks, none of which I touched during my stay. $50 for nothing. Not so cool, my friends.

This was our first trip to the financial district. We met friends of ours for an incredible night in the city. We originally had blocked midtown but decided we were hoping to be able to do ferry and 9/11 memorial so I switched hotels. Unfortunately we had terrible weather and weren’t able to do the outside activities, however, we are gonna come back in May and the for us are gonna stay here again. I will never stay anywhere but here for any future trips to New York City. If I could get more than five stars, I would every staff member from the Concierge to maintenance was incredible with their acknowledgment and knowledge of where to go and what to do.

The condition of the room was wonderful. The room stayed warmer than I would’ve like despite turning it down. Had to request a fan. The biggest issue was the shower and the minimal water pressure.

Beautiful room and very friendly staff. Location was great. No room service available, however you are able to order from the rooftop bar and they will package up to go. All the staff were super accommodating. Will stay again.

We booked a double bed room and it was a good size, clean and comfortable. Front desk and concierge staff were lovely and friendly. Location is perfect for a downtown stay. Highly recommend!
