Overall was a great experience at this property. However the third party parking fee situation is alittle crazy. For parking to not be included with you stay is a bit of an issue as it is a separate and additional cost.

The staff was overworked and so checkin was slow. The hotel is aging. There was a surprise $35/day charge for parking with no discount for hotel guest. No benefits for Bonvoy members. Poor lighting in the lobby. Upper lobby door was locked and it took a minute for someone to respond to door bell.
