Pros:* Close to Central Park & subway.* Beds were comfortable & clean.* Key fob to get into gate & door of apartment complex. * No check out activities to perform (had to ask).* Allowed us to stay an extra hour.Cons:* ADDRESS ON AD IS NOT CORRECT! * Pictures are in inaccurate.* door lock felt like was going to break apart. *DIY gone wrong. * “3rd bedroom”- a dining room they turned into a sleeping space by putting glass doors (with gaps and a curtain- too small) along with an oversized couch which kept separating when my son was sleeping. Also there was no curtains or blinds on any of the windows in the room and the Tv and fire place didn’t work.* Personal crap shoved everywhere. * No washer/dryer -like ad said.* Air conditioners -window units 2 of 3 worked well. The one in the 1st bedroom kept shutting off no matter how I set it.* 5 towels and 1 wash rag provided. No hand towels.* Oven had no knobs.* Coffee pot was dirty.* Everything felt like it was from dollar store or goodwill. Miss matched, cheap and broke.* Dishes in cupboard were dirty.* No dish soap or drainer (they did offer to reimburse me for soap).* 1 roll of toilet paper. We did end up finding another roll in a cupboard along with paper towels in another. * Broken windows- most wouldn’t open or stay open and one was broken at the top with a gap.* No check in instructions until day of.* They had these plug in smell things all over that were super strong. A place to lay your head.
