Loved the property, kept clean so much to do during the day just wish there was more entertainment at night. Also the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the fact I couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room was annoying. Other than that great place to stay. The food is extremely expensive (1.5 to 2 times as expensive as Manhattan). A simple burger is $35. One beer is $18. At least half of the resort is off limits behind an additional pay wall. The fitness center is very basic for a Property with 1,600 rooms. Lifeguards do not seem well trained. Beach is dirty and non-stop vendors yelling and selling. Cigarette smoke everywhere at the beach and pools. If you are a billionaire who likes to drink, smoke and gamble, then this is your place, Otherwise, don't bother.

Watch and be aware of high fee service and taxes example: They charge $12 for slice of pizza and $8 with change for can of coke. Pizza Lab at East side tower the staff are Rude! Caesar salad in the menu is $18 but they charge $35 I asked to explain it why is like that then she shows me microscopic letters at the bottom of their menu the fees I think they should have that written bigger so people can be aware anyways the resort is nice but food. Is ridiculously high!

This resort is one of the best we have ever visited, and we have traveled extensively. The only thing that "upset" me was the several taxes/fees that is added to EVERYTHING. This is really uncalled for, and in my opinion a good reason not to return. Everything else was perfect, but I am not sure the pleasure exceeded the cost.

Great experience , clean , food is great inside and outside of the hotel , people are lovely and friendly. Taxis are always on point when you need them. Good places to eat like Curleys , Meze and some others . Definetly we are coming back
