Every nice restaurant was closed due ti a buy out for a convention. Only restaurants avail was pizza and Chinese. Front desk tried to say it was excellent Asian cuisine and Italian pasta. Not at all. Stag at several locations were not attentive. More interest I. Talk g to other staff and neglecting guest When we checked in we weee told we had an excellent room. Bands were play at all time and all you could hear in the room was the base. Very annoying. Also called and asked someone to fix sink in bathroom because when you tired it on, it sprayed everywhere. Never came or responded Also thought transfers from hotel to airports was j closed and it was not. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I also tried to contact Expedia and never had success.

It’s obvious the Hyatt is the lower tier between the three hotels at Baha Mar. The rooms in the West tower are worn out and outdated. Requested to be switched to a different room and we were switched to the East tower that was more spacious and slightly more modern. Bed sheets had stains on them even after getting changed. Towels in the bathroom had stains, towels on the beach had stains and holes. All of the nicer padded lounge chairs by the pools are pay to use. I would recommend the SLS, which is only slightly more expensive, if you’re going to go

Booked two separate trips and was not able to go because of medical issues & family emergencies. Booked through Expedia was not allowed a refund whatsoever. Of course Expedia said they would contact Bahamar and I was told the worst penalty I would receive would be one night of the stay and the rest would be refunded. Well this did not happen. Expedia kept blaming it on the resort said they would not cooperate. This is nothing but a tactic so nobody can get a refund so here I sit out $10,000 for two 5 night stays & and Expedia was absolutely no help whatsoever. Be forewarned NEVER EXPECT TO GET A REFUND THROUGH EXPEDIA they say they will work on it work on it, but at the end of day, you will be left nothing except an empty wallet. ALWAYS BUY TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT BECAUSE ALL EXPEDIA IS GOING TO DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION WHATSOEVER AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR TRIP.

Loved everything about my stay. The room, the ease of check in, the food - snack and dinner. The lazy river and staff at the water park were kind, funny, and professional. I will be back and my stay will be longer so u can experience even more delight.

The amenities are fantastic and the waterpark was so clean and had a variety of slide Options for all levels of gear :) good was amazing.

Staff were very nice and every place we encoutnered on the campus was a very well oiled machine which ran without a hitch. That being said, after paying for the trip, we received an email stating that "A daily Resort Fee of $74 plus VAT will be added to your rate", and once we arrived, we were told that $200 room charge would be added to our bill per day. We probably wouldn't have decided to go to Baha Mar had we known about these 2 additional charges which were not discussed in the fine print when booking the trip.
