Guests will love the close proximity to shops, restaurants and gym! The Western Pool is currently under construction but the Eastern Pool is still Open!!

We had a wonderful stay at Delaporte Point! The accommodations were perfect for our family of 3 and had everything we needed. We made great use of the beach chairs and cart, and towels! The beach area is beautiful and we were the only ones there! It was fairly windy while we were there so didn’t get to do as much snorkelling as I’d hoped, but there are some nice little reefs just off the beach. The pool was also lovely, and again, no one there! There are some nice restaurants nearby, and we found the service at The Poop Deck to be exceptionally good. Taxis are quite expensive but we had planned for this and did use them to get to excursion points. I would also like to mention that the security staff at the condo complex are very attentive and pleasant and we felt very safe while there! We are missing the Bahamas already and we certainly hope we’ll be able to return again!

If you’re looking for a perfect balance of local charm and resort-style relaxation, Delaporte Point is it. We recently stayed here and were blown away by the experience.The apartment itself was fantastic, spotlessly clean, impressively well-equipped and tastefully decorated. It’s clear the host has thought of everything; we had plenty of towels, comfortable beds for a great night's sleep, and even Tupperware for our beach snacks.A huge shoutout to April, our host. She was incredibly responsive from start to finish. She checked in regularly to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and provided excellent local recommendations that really made our trip.While we had a lovely garden view, we were never more than a few steps from the action:30 seconds to the pools (one was under renovation during our stay, but the other was perfect).30 seconds to the private beach on the property, which connects to a stunning 250m stretch of sand. I've never seen water like this in my life! swimming pier tooTransportation in Nassau can be pricey, so keep these figures in mind:Taxis: Expect to pay 40 USD to/from the airport and 55–60 for a trip into Nassau.The Budget Win: Take the #10 Jitney! It runs right up and down the coast 1.50 runs "frequently" ;)You don't have to go far for great food and vibes. Dining: Blue Sail, Poop Deck, and Spritz were all fantastic. Check out Bon Vivants for cocktails; grocery store 20min walk

Thanks to April for a wonderful stay in Nassau Bahamas!! The condo is in a lovely gated community with a great location and beautiful vistas from both pools. The beach is spectacular. The condo is well appointed and we were able to buy groceries and make some meals and enjoy time on the patio. This was a bonus, as there are many wonderful restaurant choices that are all within close walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. April was attentive and helpful any time we reached out with any questions or suggestions, and has a wonderful team in place to help in any way needed.

The location was terrific. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The jitney bus stop was right outside the front gate.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need.The beach area in front of the adjacent property (easily accessible) was clean and great for swimming.April was a great host. She checked-in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

My family of 4 had an excellent time at Delaporte Point. The host, April, was kind, communicative, & checked in often. Her property manager, Barbara, rented us a car & picked us up/dropped us off from the airport. Barbara was always available for questions, very helpful with recommendations. The 24 hr gated security is attentive, icing on the cake. Lovely people, helped us obtain local lobster & snapper for a great price to cook in the fully stocked kitchen.The townhome: There was a great variety of spices leftover in the cabinet we used for our meals. Appliances worked very well. Grill was used most nights. Very clean and island chic! Beds were comfortable. Watched a few football games on the TV. WiFi worked well. Hot water/good H2O pressure. Private beach 1 min walk, seriously. Comes with- 2 chairs, umbrellas, 2 floaties, extra goggles/snorkels. Pools were clean. Go to west/small pool for the incredible sunsets & kids swim with the sometimes crashing waves was neat. So many towels!! Thank you! Local recommendations- food/charcoal/H2O- Super Savers. Alcohol- liquid courage. Restaurants- Sandy port. The pink shack. Conch salad from the poop deck (weekends only). A day at Baha Mar water park was exceptionally fun. Downtown- Visit straw market for 15 minutes, then walk to the pirates of Nassau museum. Private charter a boat for a day- sea turtles, private beach, incredible views, fishing, snorkeling. Nirvana bar-love beach- 5/pp. jaws beach. Bring a conch home- declare it!

April was very attentive, and her property manager Barbara was as well. The place was cute, eclectic, and clean. There is a quiet beach right next door behind the Poopdeck Restaurant, which we enjoyed each sunny day. We loved the pizza at Spritz Bar and grill and enjoyed feeding the sea turtles our crust afterwards. Von Vivants was fabulous! We enjoyed dining at Baha Mar close by and played the slots at the casino 2 nights.

Lovely 2bdrm 2 bath townhouse in a quiet complex with stunning sunset access. A short walk through the complex to the beach. The kitchen includes all that is necessary to prepare meals. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Comfortable living room for relaxing. April, our host, provided information and assistance in a timely fashion and is a joy. She checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay. She also provided us with a contact to rent a vehicle for a reasonable daily rate. We explored the island. We particularly loved Clifton Heritage National Park on the other side of the island and Ardastra Gardens, Zoo and Conservation Center. Love flamingos? You have to go to Ardastra!

Spacious, well appointed property, in a perfect island location. Close enough to access the shopping and activities in town without dealing with the traffic and crowds. If you enjoy snorkeling you are within a short drive of Clifton Heritage underwater sculpture garden and Love Beach. You don’t even need to leave the property because the private beach access just steps from the door led to crystal clear waters and loads of sea life in a nearby reef. Most days we were the only ones on the beach and in the water! A little food truck across the street, Tropical Gyro, had delicious Bahamian food we enjoyed multiple times. The property was the absolute perfect place to relax after the days’ busy activities. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, and complete with everything we needed to make it feel like home away from home. The host, April, was accessible, knowledgeable, and quick to offer helpful suggestions. This was our first time on the island and we can’t wait to come back and stay at this property again.

Perfect Bahamas Beach Break

Absolutely loved this stay; noticed these villas whilst visiting the Poop Deck restaurant on a cruise; cannot emphasize what a fantastic location this is. Water is super calm, views are unbelievable, great restaurants close by, out of the mayhem of downtown Nassau, but with all the benefits of Sandyport etc close by. Then the unit itself - excellent! Walked into an absolutely immaculate place, so impressed, and of course the owner, super nice and very easy to communicate with, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 35 min plane ride from FLL, then only a 5 min drive from the airport, this property is perfect for a long weekend, or a long holiday, it's a must property to come back to. Big thank you!

Fabulous stay!What a wonderful spot. April was very communicative and thorough. It was my first time in the Bahamas so I had lots of questions and she was very patient and informative. Condo was very clean and spacious. Grounds are well taken care of. Beach is excellent, and the option of two pools to use situated on different sides is unique and enjoyable. The location was great too, lots of restaurant, entertainment and shopping options within walking distance. Will definitely book again. Thanks April!

Perfect family getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Delaporte Point. Our family of four needs space to spread out and the 2 level townhome fit the bill. It was light, spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having security even though the neighborhood felt safe. We rented a car but there are restaurants and shops within walking distance so you can definitely make do without. We loved the little beach right on the property and spent most mornings there before venturing out. There are gorgeous sunsets off the western edge of the property as well. It’s in a great location between two nice beaches with a 20 minute drive to either end of the island. We liked that it was away from the crowds at the cruise port area but was close enough of a drive to go there when we wanted. The condo comes with two chairs, an umbrella, snorkels and some dog and left sand toys as well. April is also a wonderful host. She sent a detailed email and scheduled a call with us before we left to answer all our questions. She also checked in with me daily via WhatsApp to make sure we had a great time. Can’t say enough about our trip and I miss it already.

Our hostest was wonderful. April checked in with us regularly was helpful with anything we needed. The condo is so nice and comfortable. It is cute, really cute, and it has everything you need for a great stay. There are just so many things to love about this place and our stay. We loved that there was water for us to drink and cook with. We loved all the spices, condiments, and extras that were available. We loved the security just outside our door. Loved the two patios. Loved the pools and the beach (seriously beautiful). We loved the location. The grocery store is a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride away. The bus stop is just outside the gate. Super easy to catch the bus. We took a short bus ride to Cable Beach and had a few fun days jet-sking (pretty pricey, but the kids loved it) and playing at the water park at Bah Ha Mar. (We got a neighborhood discount.) We walked to the restaurant nextdoor. I give this condo 5 out of 5 stars. You will love it. It was so relaxing and comfortable and convenient to everything we needed. If we come back we'd love to stay here again. April, thanks for hosting us! ❤️

Perfect piece of Paradise

Everything about our stay was amazing! Before we even arrived, April had already taken the time to call me and go over everything in regards to the property and the Island. As a first timer to the Bahamas, this information was invaluable to me! I appreciated how detailed and easy she made everything, and how responsive she was. The place itself is an absolute delight! I can't even describe how incredible the private beach is. I couldn't spend enough time there. And the snorkeling is amazing! We would always head in and shower about an hour before sunset, and then head to the sunset pool to watch some of the most incredible sunsets I've ever seen! This place is perfect for those who want to get away and truly relax. Everything is convenient to the property as well! And any question we had, April responded to asap. Truly grateful for all of her assistance and her wonderful home! We absolutely want to visit again!!
