BEWARE The worst ever stay. No stars. Upon arrival I was not given correct directions for the location of unit I was staying at and had to walk in circles to find unit with no one to ask for help and no host present to find the unit. I Noticed the place was dirty from the first day I noticed the headboard saturated in makeup from previous guests, dirty sheets, dirty blankets. The place had a smell of mold. Crumbling walls with a large hole on right I contacted Sabrina and complained through text and was completely ghosted for the price I paid I felt cheated the bed was not comfortable and it was very dirty and there are not protective covers protecting pillows nor the mattress only just a fitted sheet with stains on it. I then saw how the mattress was exposed and covered in blood stains and dirt. I reached to Sabrina in regards to the room nothing was done to correct the problem I was ignored after mutiple attempts to reach out about the unit and had to leave early due to the uncleanliness of place, contracting a staff infection, non responsiveness of the host Sabrina , the loud banging at 7:00 am of workman hammering another unit behind my wall in the other unit and other host listed under Sabrina which I believe is her husband barged in the room while I was laying in bed with husband without warning no knocking just barged in I was forced to leave because I couldn’t take it no more. Sabrina should choose a different profession she lack customer service skills horrible
