"We had a wonderful room. It is as clean and newly remodeled. The staff was very helpful and we appreciated their kindness and we look forward to our next visit. This was our first time to be there in approximately 20 years! They have made fabulous improvements! Thank you IP!"

"The logistics of parking and checking into the hotel were horrible. I found the room floors were dirty and need of a sweeping and a wet mopping. The terrace was in need of a power spraying. Getting from the room to the H2O pool was a challenge. The nasty smells getting to the hotel elevator were terrible. I prepaid a non refundable 3 night stay there and regretted I ever did. I will never return here even if they threw in a free night."

The view! So beautiful. We will definitely stay there again. We’ve stayed at the HardRock on our prior stays. We have a new favorite."
