"Yes Biltmore maybe more grandish but this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Room was spacious, clean & quiet despite being street facing too! The location was fantastic & walkable to all of Asheville 's downtown amenities. Staff was world class esp the valet guys Ahmed+ Matt + Neil! "

"We didn't plan to stay in the room long each day and didn't want to spend much on a room, so we chose the Clarion for the location and price point. The staff was courteous, efficient, and helpful. The room was pristine, tastefully done, and looked newly appointed. I was worried at first about the steep hill to get in and out, but the hotel monitored weather and salted appropriately. Entrance and exit was not an issue. Because it is an exterior door type of hotel, I had initial reservations about noise and safety, but we never had any problems with either. The close proximity to everything was especially helpful. For the price, cleanliness, staff, and location, we would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed one night while in town for our daughter’s graduation from UNC-A and absolutely loved it- we only wish we’d had time to stay another night. We booked a King Suite for our family of four and were very comfortable. The bed, bedding, and pillows were all excellent (and we’re picky!). The room was clean, modern, and well furnished. The front desk staff member who checked us in around 10 p.m. was fantastic- very pleasant and welcoming. I didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he’s originally from Minnesota. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would happily return."
