First, staff were phenomenal! They did everything they could to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect & the hotel was very clean. Highly recommend!

The location downtown is perfect! They have a cute wine bar located in the rear of the building. Easy to walk to most places. A few times took the car to farther areas like Biltmore Village, West Asheville and wineries outside of town.The parking garage is very convenient to get in and out of.

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location with easy parking. When we got to our room there were a lot of crumbs on the window sill and the shampoo in the shower was empty. Our first day there was a fire alarm. When we tried to exit the building there was a homeless man asleep infront of the door which delayed our exit. The second day the landline phone started beeping at 4:30am. The cordless receiver was not charging. I checked all connections and plugs and could not get the beeping to stop. There were a few things that could be approved upon and I really wish I could have given 5 stars.

Loved this Aloft!! Stylish, cool decor and layout, lovely rooftop outdoor pool was a major bonus! Good snack shop/cafe counter, great location and loved the upstairs patio overlooking Biltmore Ave-felt like we were in the best part of town, and we really loved our hotel stay!!

loved the property and the modern feel and outdoor space was great! Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Only negative was the the amenities in the room were not convenient or well thought out. Example: wall plugs not near the bed, older chargers were in the clock so could not use with updated phones. No towel racks in the bathroom or sink areas, lights were very dim in rooms. Bathroom door although was creative and cool was a pain to open and close.
