Booked this hotel for the hot tub and it was not working. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that it has not been working. Front desk, Justin, was rude when we tried to check in at 3:45 instead of 4:00. Many other people were already checking in way before 4:00. Things were pretty clean except for the brown sofa that could use an update. The toilet seat broke during our stay. We had a 1st floor unit and we could hear the people above us walking across the floor all day and night. The trauma hospital is across the street so we heard ambulances and loud helicopters right next to the hotel at all hours. Balcony was great! Don't know if I will stay again. If I do, the hot tub needs to be working and I need a top floor room. And ear plugs!!!!

Loved stating here. Clean, quiet and safe. Perfectly located between Biltmore and Downtown. They put out a newsletter with all the weekend activities and a list of local breweries and wineries with address and hours. The hot tub was done for repairs, so it would have been nice to have been told that at check in or through email ahead of time. Staff was awesome and restaurant was reasonably priced.

Great place

I was overall very pleased with our stay. I would definitely recommend and stay again. However be aware that although there is a kitchen, what is available is minimal and you should be prepared to bring anything you need to cook a meal.

This place is our favorite place to stay here but this time was not so great. The hot tube wasn’t working the rooms light wouldn’t stop flickering. The tub in the room jets didn’t work. There was a really bad high pitched sound every night.

There was a large puddle of water right outside of the elevator on the 4th floor. It was there during our entire 3-day stay. There were no safety cones or warning signs. Very dangerous. Extremely negligent. Such a safety hazard should have been quickly resolved.

They were kind enough to upgrade us to a suite because the AC was out in our original building. Rooms are dated but clean. Could use some touch ups but well stocked. Disappointed to find pool and hot tub closed as that was a primary reason for booking here
