Do not stay here! The staff is horrible. The property is unclean and they discriminate against disabled. I arranged to stay for my sister who is legally blind and my nephew at this hotel. When they had difficulty with the toilet in the bathroom, not flushing, they reported it to the front desk and waited more than an hour for a maintenance person that never came. When my 12-year-old nephew walked his mother to the front desk to try to get Assistance. They discovered a plunger had been left outside their room. He walked her to the front desk to request assistance since she was blind, and they told her she could plunge the toilet herself. Which she said she would not do because she could not see it and it was not her responsibility to manage their property. She then requested a maintenance person come to the room and she was told everyone was too busy turning over rooms for new guests to arrive. She asked repeatedly to speak to a manager or owner and was denied. She was told she had to call back on the main line and leave a message. They refused to assist her so she checked out of the property and I had to rebook her at another hotel at considerable expense. She called the front desk multiple times requesting a refund and they have never called her back. The rooms were not unmaintained, and the pool was filthy.
