"Clean, good staff "

"Clean room, old but updated. Clean and well maintained. Its like a museum and a hotel in one. The stuff are so helpful. I luv that their pool and hottub hrs are 630-11 pm. They said the pool is heated but it is not. The bathtub has a rust , i dont know wheather its a design. They provided almost all the bathroom amenities especially toothbrush but just one instead of 2 toothbrushes. I just am surprised theres no slippers provided. No fridge and microwave. But theres lots of restaurants to choose from inside the hotel and around it. They even have room service which was awesome. Enjoyed this stay a lot. I asked for a room close to the elevator, but was placed in a room so far from the elevator. The parking self was far from the enteance to the hotel. So its better to do valet parking if u have lots of stuff. 10$ more only from self parking . Theres coffee machines but just no water to make coffee. "

"The rooms were not clean. There were visible stains on the carpet, and I discovered a roach in the restroom in the morning, which was disgusting. Room service/housekeeping was unclear - I expected daily cleaning, bed making, and fresh towels, but none of that happened. No one communicated what services were or weren't included. The amenities are very dated and run down - they have old-school TVs with DirecTV that feel completely outdated. The overall condition of the hotel does not match the inflated ratings on this site. I was disappointed given the positive reviews here. The cleanliness issues and pest problem are serious concerns for any traveler."

"Not sure if this place was going through a remodel but everything was pretty dated and need to be cleaned throughout. The was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. The television was dated, the toilet barely could flush, the sink barely could drain. Screw missing on the lock, Peeling wallpaper. I could go on and on. One positive was that it was close to a lot of places to eat. If you can spend more for a better place to stay I would do that."
