The staff was friendly. The room was clean. We enjoyed our breakfast. The shower head can be updated. Jacuzzi should be fixed. Over all our stay was comfortable.

The bedroom size is great! The bed and pillows are super comfortable! The staff is very friendly! The drawback is that the elevator makes a loud noise/alarm every time it gets to the floor. So basically I can hear every time the elevator gets to the floor. Is there a way to turn off that alarm or at least lower the volume to the minimum possible? It is really annoying all night long. Also, the train passes by frequently and honk a loud horn, all day and night I think?!? On top of that, we were unlucky that the hotel also had checking in a bunch of teenage girls staying on our floor which was a nightmare. They were very loud, yelling out, slamming the doors all the time, very unpolished kids. My husband and I had an early flight next day and it was a nightmare. Lastly, the breakfast was okay for the price paid for the room, but I think some plain yogurt, fruits and cheese would be a great addition if possible.

I stayed at this hotel to be closer to my interview site. Upon arrival, the property appeared vacant, and the receptionist at check-in was neither welcoming nor helpful. She quietly mumbled instructions to park on the side and enter through the double doors, but the area lacked proper lighting and signage, making the entrance difficult to locate at night, especially for someone with poor night vision like myself. I ended up entering through the wrong door and briefly wondered if the hotel was abandoned. During my one-night stay, I was woken at 2:48 a.m. by neighboring guests yelling and cursing at each other. I contacted the front desk, and security responded promptly. The remainder of the night was quiet thankfully. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre and offered limited options. I gave the hotel two stars instead of one because the check-out receptionist apologized for the disturbance and offered a 10% discount (although it has not yet appeared in my bank transactions), and because a staff member kindly brought me scissors to help me prepare my suit for my interview. I would recommend paying a little more to stay at a nicer hotel for better hospitality and safety.

Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was obnoxiously loud in the mornings outside our room, waking not only myself up but my family. During our stay, one of the staff members actually opened our door in the morning, waking everyone up but claimed it was “the wrong room.” Not only do you get woken up by the staff members you also get woken up by the elevator. Overall 4/10 experience will not come back.
