Our stay at the Mission was wonderful. Conveniently located to everything we planned to attend. Local shops and eats very convenient as well. The hotel food was great! Would stay again if ever back in Riverside.

Unfortunately the room was dirty. Toothpick and hair all over the floor. I complained and was told the maid service would take care of it the next day. After returning for the day the floor was in the exact same condition as well the shower backed up. It’s not a good look when you take a shower and your feet are covered in backed up dirty water. Very surprising for The Mission Inn!

Poor Service. Could not go in the Pool as the gate would not open with my card/key. Waited for staff an hour and no one helped open the gate. Tried calling a second time and they told me that was a common problem that someone was going to help open it and again no one showed.

The Mission Inn grounds were beautifully designed and maintained. There are many dining options available on the property. Nice shopping and dining options right on the next street. I give this Hotel five stars!

Loved everything about this hotel. only thing i didnt like was the 40$ charge per night for valet or 30$ a night for self parking do to not seeing anything about these charges prior to booking.had i known prior i still would have stayed but this time just felt blind sided .
