"Terrific stay in Maui at this beautiful property. Our large family felt right at home with ample bedrooms, a great kitchen/family room area, and a truly stunning backyard with access to the beach. This property’s location is perfect - not too far to grocery stores, a short walk to the beach, and plenty more. Appreciate all the help from the property owners too, who were so responsive and welcoming. "

"I think this was our 4th stay at the Andaz in the last couple of years (each time we come, we stay for at least a week). Service-wise, the staff is fantastic and most of the staff even remember us from prior visits and are wonderful. I am surprised that the front desk always seems to be overwhelmed. We had asked to be in the building overlooking the adult pool and were told there were no rooms available. Although we had paid for an oceanfront room, the room we received was on the lowest floor and barely had an ocean view. In later conversations with the staff, we found out that the majority of the rooms were unoccupied this week. Although we love the Andaz, we will probably explore more options for our next trip. "
