"Our stay was excellent in all respects. Staff was super helpful, very accommodating and professional. Shuttle service from Hyatt to Mohegan Sun worked very well and was much appreciated. Excellent breakfast buffet. Room was very clean, well appointed, with very comfortable bed. Room could have used a few clothes hooks, more closet hangers and drawer space for storing clothes (no bureau in room; only had three small drawers in bathroom vanity). Shower, toilet and mini-fridge all were in good condition and worked well. A/C was properly set when we checked in and needed no adjustment during our stay. Minimal outside noise, and no internal or hallway noise; very quiet! Good parking access outside. Small meals were available at the bar and were quite good. Hyatt offers a frequent traveler rewards program. "
