"my room was really clean, absolutely nothing wrong with it, the staff was friendly. the air conditioning was awesome, made the room ice cold just how we like it. the breakfast was really good and made with love. the only "problem" i necessarily had with our stay was the pool, people were peeing in it and putting trash into it, i still swam in it with caution but it was still pretty gross."

"Buyer Beware! Our room was not ready at 4:20 pm so went to our event. Came back at 12:30. It was a handicap access room (not requested). Carpet was wet, stained, gum smashed in carpet. Toilet ran, had to take lid of to fix each time. TV and remote did not work. Mirrors not clean. Long black hairs all over bathroom floor. The only time someone was at the front desk was when we TRIED to check in - otherwise you had to ring a bell or call a number. Hallway was filthy- not vacuumed. Bathroom had broken shelf with crazy "repair" and so did bathroom door to cover a big hole. We were told they couldn't provide any type of refund since it was booked through Expedia. When Expedia called the hotel on our behalf, they said they couldn't refund any money since we stayed there. (We never would have stayed if we were able to see the condition of the room earlier but we had no other options at 12:30 that night). We slept fully clothed and had to put our shoes on to even walk around the room so they didn't get wet. Absolutely gross!"
