"We were given a room in the Bay Tower. It wasn’t bad, just dated. Near the end of our stay we had a pretty large roach in our room. I went to the front desk and let them know and reactions from the hotel staff made it seem like this happens often. They moved our room to the Marina Tower and the difference is insane. If you book here, make sure you don’t get a room in the Bay Tower."

"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Loved the location of the hotel. It was a 5 minute walking distance to little italy and a 5 min drive to the zoo. The room was very quiet at night. Really appreciate the brochure of events they gave us when we checked in. Will definitely stay again!"
