I was surprised that you have to rent a microwave. People above us I think had children, there was a lot of stomping and running. Didn’t appreciate to be bombarded as soon as you walk in for the wyndym tour. Hair on the sheets on one of the beds. Who knows when the last time the room was dusted. Bathroom was clean.

Better last time

Unfortunately we did not get any information on pools, discounts on restaurants or free coffee each morning. There was NO information in the room. The blow dryer blew the fuse in the bathroom and turned out the lights. Had to use it in the bedroom area. We finally went to the front desk to find out info. That’s when we received one piece of paper showing 10% off a restaurant we ate at twice and did not receive discount. Our view was beautiful which we paid for. Disappointing that we didn’t get the perks we paid for. Also didn’t appreciate the $25 a day destination charge when we didn’t get anything else. Upon check out I told Celia about everything and she showed me things I should have received. Interesting enough it was the “manager” who checked us in and he was very distracted.

Parking was horrible. You pay $50 extra a night but everyone else can use the parking and not just the hotel guests and we couldn’t find parking in the parking lot until super late at night. Had to park somewhere else far from hotel, walk back, and then move the vehicle again.

You needed the room key to get in and out of the gate. I, like I always do, left the key on the bed in my room when I checked out and tried to exit the gate. I tried calling the front desk to no avail. Had to park and go inside. I also tried to call the front desk from my room and the phone didn't go thru so I had to call from my cellphone but that didn't connect either

The housekeeping was extraordinary as was the bay view, but the rest was below average for this resort. I've been coming to this complex regularly for 50 years (when it was a Holiday Inn) and this is the worst I've seen it. The peeling wallpaper, loose bathroom tiles, worn and torn carpeting and outdated fixtures all indicate that Wyndham isn't putting their money into keeping this place up. The biggest shock to us however, was the $50 per night parking fee for our rental car! We almost walked away at check-in.

Very clean. Great restaurants nearby. Staff were nice though there are concierge that try to get you to go to a 90 min presentation for time sharing another property. Tower 3 felt a bit outdated.

Poor hotel.

This hotel is not in good condition. Rooms and furnishings are dated and badly in need of refurbishing. Our room was noisy from the road, and the air conditioning was very loud and did not work well. The hot water was limited or nonexistent. We didn’t get any maid service for two days. Parking was terribly crowded for the Labor Day weekend, and spaces were hard to find and very small.

Have been here before and place seems a little worn. The neighbors above us were extremely loud and noisy pushing furniture or rolling balls at 11:30 pm. Called for staff to tell them to quiet down. Was not successful. At 1:30 am these neighbors were slamming the sliding doors open and shut. Spoke to staff when we were leaving, told them what happened. They did credit us one nights stay for the inconvenience
