"I would not stay here again. The room was in very poor condition. The walls were dirty, and there was a large red stain on the bathroom wall. The shower curtain appeared to have what looked like blood stains on it, which was very concerning. There was also no screen on the small bathroom window.zThe bed had chewing gum stuck to the side of the headboard. To make matters worse, there were bugs trapped inside the bathroom light fixture, and bugs were actually falling out of it. One even landed in my hair. The refrigerator did not work, and the toilet was leaking. The only positive was that the bed sheets appeared clean. Housekeeping and service were also disappointing. We had to ask multiple times before towels were brought to our room. Staff eventually offered to move us, but the only room available was a smoking room, which was not an acceptable alternative. To their credit, management refunded our final night’s stay. We ended up booking another hotel for the remainder of our trip. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance issues made this a very unpleasant experience."
