Asked for non-smoking room - room next had a smoker and it was coming through vent and AC. Locks on doors were weak and ineffective. Towels were dirty and worn, extremely limited and small. Will not ever stay again.

No Frills Motel

The room was clean, linens and bed were comfortable and the price was right, but no working hot water is unacceptable! I feel sure other guests would have already complained that the mixing valve in the shower was not working. They should not have rented the room again until it was repaired. This is a MOTEL and I expected it to be a budget style, but no conditioner, no coffee pot when they don't serve a breakfast, a few holes in the walls...it could use some TLC

First off, upon checking in, the attendant working the front desk was extremely rude and unpleasant. Using attitude when answering simple questions and clearly did not want to be working.. clearly disgruntled to simply buzz the door open to let a guest in.. Then getting to the room, it was very dirty feeling. Air was heavy and stenchy the room itself was presentable, but any type of fixes to the room were clearly done incorrect or cheaply fixed. Killed a couple bugs that were in the room and even got sketched out to check under the mattress and around the bed for bed bugs.. Long story short. We did not even spend the night in the room, instead drove back 2 hours to sleep at home because we did not feel comfortable enough to sleep in the room. Spent $180 for a one night stay so we didnt have to commute, and this was a major let down. Worth the drive back home because this establishment was not good.

Awful experience

Entered the room to find two huge bugs flying around. Room smelled like cigarettes. Immediately went to font desk and requested a new room which I was given. When I entered the second room I found it was already occupied. I went back down to the front desk and let the gentleman working know that he had given me access to a room that was in use and requested that I be given a refund. At that point I no longer felt safe staying in a place that could potentially give someone else access to the place I would be sleeping in.

High proportion of permanent residents in the hotel. Lots of smokers and people arguing in the parking lot, some litter. Room cleanliness and upkeep wasn't that great - definitely wasn't going to use the coffee machine. I waited around 10 minutes at the front desk at 3 PM before someone came to check me in. I was initially told I did not have a reservation - even though the Inn had called me about 45 minutes before to confirm my arrival time. During the wait I got to read the hand written sign stating that housekeeping would be very limited. It's hard to swallow paying $150 per night with little to no support services. This is something Hotels.com need to better investigate - along with properties which rent out to full-time, subsidized, residents. It would allow travelers to make fully informed choices on where to stay.

This hotel is so run down. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable, the towels are threadbare, the water pressure is awful. What a low level experience. Do not stay here
