⭐️⭐️ (2/5) Front desk personnel lacked customer service. Hallways smelled strongly of smoke. TV was outdated and dirty. Air conditioning did not work properly. Towels were not replaced during the stay. Elevator was broken. Property needs fresh paint and general maintenance. Bathtub was very slippery and felt unsafe. The door showed signs of possible prior damage or forced entry. Staff did not knock before entering the room. The room itself was clean enough. The bed was uncomfortable. Overall: The stay was disappointing due to maintenance issues, safety concerns, and poor customer service. Improvements are needed to make the hotel comfortable and professional for guests.

Room was dirty , i had cigarette holes in my blanket , my sink drain was broken and they asked me to wait to get it fixed in the morning as if i didn't need to use the sink. I had an iron that was broken, it had no plugin part connected to it. There was a domestic fight outside my window at 2am. The front desk guy was super rude and had an attitude the whole time. It smells DISGUSTING. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Imagine arriving after a 25-hour journey, only to find out the elevator is out of order and your room is on the 4th floor. We had to drag heavy luggage up four floors with children, which was exhausting and unacceptable. To make things worse, the sink in the room was not working. We informed the front desk, but the staff member was arrogant, rude, and completely unhelpful, he simply replied “yes” and did not move an inch to resolve the issue. This place shows zero concern for guests, especially families. A BIG, BIG NO. Stay away, guys.
