I was really initially impressed with the facility and the staff until we had an issue requiring escalation to the manager. The issue was never resolved. When my spouse and I were checking in, the agent asked if we wanted a King bed instead of 2 doubles, as he realized we were a couple. Also, he did upsell us to a suite upgrade. What he didn't do is list my spouse as a guest in the room. When my spouse went downstairs to the lobby bar, I fell asleep. When my spouse was returning, the card key for entry wouldn't work. The front desk was of no assistance, even though our driver's license have the same address (was told it was because we had a different last name; however, the manager said it didn't matter if different). My spouse eventually had to get security involved to assist in waking me up for entry. The manager was dismissive, made up excuses, but never offered to have my spouse added to the room and advised if we needed another key to go to the front desk. The situation could have been handled much better. To top it all off, when we went to breakfast, I had my spouse sign the receipt for the server's tip and Woooooo, the $ was processed. So service access can't be provided to the room but $ charged to the room when the spouse signs and isn't listed will be charged. My experience changed from Good to Poor.
