A STAY fav in the heart of Middletown walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. 4 cottages on one lot with plenty of room for the entire crew! One cottage sleeps 6 while the others sleep 2 comfortably accommodating 12 total. Communal outdoor grounds great for gathering by the fire pit and relaxing. Each cottage is fully equipped with a full bath, stocked kitchen and living rooms. Parking for 6. Grab your suits, the beach is calling!



The Space:

Cottage 1: Three bedrooms (2 Queens, 2 Twins)

Cottage 2: One Bedroom (One Queen)

Exterior: Large open common space with outdoor seating for everyone to gather. Outdoor shower. Plenty of parking.



Our property is unique as it accommodates large groups but also allows for everyone to have their own privacy by way of the separate cottages.

We had fun. There were ants in the units. The two small cottages smelled musty. One of the cottages needs a new mattress and a good cleaning.
