The general grounds are manicured and clean. Lobby is attractive. Room was small, tile in bathroom DIRTY so I can only imagine what’s in the rugs. Phone broken, walls chipped. Bed was comfortable

The property was easy to access and they reserved a nice, quiet room for us as we requested near the pool. Very appreciated. Because door to outside pool is still open pool was too cold to swim in. Hot tub was great, though. Neither outside fire pit or indoor fireplaces were on. Disappointing. Would have added some ambiance. Beds pretty hard. Shower had small draining issue. Overall ok. Staff extremely nice and helpful.

Inconvenient

Room was booked for 4 adults. We checked in and there were only 2 sets of towels. Called for more and finally went to the desk to get some. Requested clean towels for the next day and again we had to ask for the correct number before we could Shower to go to a wedding. Very inconvenient.
