Really shocking experience $50 parking is the only option or you basically get a ticket and in addition to that they charge an extra $40 short fee even if you’re here on a business trip and it’s certainly not a resort. If you’re going there plan on these extra expenses, it was real turn off for me.

Loved this hotel. It’s a quaint boutique hotel very close to beach and walking for restaurants etc. they do offer the chairs and umbrellas for beach which was fabulous - it is a bit of a walk to the actual chair vendor from the hotel. There is no microwave on premise - so if you need to heat anything up - this is an issue. I also mistakenly thought a breakfast (light continental) was available or included but it’s actually just a coffee shop off the premises - a close walk. The pool area is amazing, with beautiful views. The concierge was lovely, they held our multiple bags for us as our rooms were not available earlier. The whole front desk personnel were lovely to clear up any miscommunications about check in. The room for the value was definitely worth it. Nice size. And comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, helpful staff, beach 5 minute walk. The pool area looked great but was down for maintenance and we were offered a pass to a neighboring pool. We just went to the beach instead. Room was clean and comfortable. Valet was easy and quick.

We’ve stayed at the property before and had an excellent experience. This time the staff was quite unfriendly and they gave us a pretty terrible room on the first floor. This was especially annoying since we were eligible for an upgrade. The location is fantastic.

I had reserved my room beginning Saturday, as I was planning to arrive very late that evening. I completed the check-in process through the app on Saturday afternoon. However, upon my arrival at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled on Saturday. This caused a significant inconvenience, as I had to wait approximately 30 minutes before receiving my room keys. Once I entered the room, which was booked for two guests, I found that only one set of towels had been provided. Throughout my four-day stay, housekeeping service was inconsistent. My room was serviced only twice, and the second time occurred only after I personally went to inquire why it had not been cleaned. The explanation given was that I had placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door—yet no such sign had ever been present in my room. When service was provided, the quality did not meet basic standards. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, the trash can was not emptied, and the bed was made with only one sheet, without the additional sheet and duvet that should have been provided. Additionally, I had booked this stay as a VIP anniversary trip, and I was very disappointed that no amenities or special touches were arranged to acknowledge the occasion, despite the information provided at booking. Overall, this experience fell short of the service and standards I expected.

Very conveniently located to Miami/South Beach. There were tons of great restaurants and bars and lots of stores. The hotel was nice and in great repair. Valet parking is spendy and even slower than expected (15 mins was almost half an hour). The room was awesome, clean and there was a hand written note with a bottle of champagne, which was really nice. The front desk worker sending us to the wrong building because she is “still new” was less new. Staff was the least friendly (and competent) in the 5 different hotels we stayed in.
