Upstairs, the rooftop pool and gym. The 24/7 front desk hands you the keys.



The Space:

883 sq ft, one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, sleeps 5.



Bedroom: king bed, a desk and a TV.

Living room: a sectional sofa that opens into a bed, a Murphy bed in the wall unit, and a TV.

Kitchen: fully equipped, with an island and bar stools, open to the dining table.

Bathroom: soaking tub, double vanity and a walk-in glass shower. A half bath by the entry.

Washer and dryer in the suite. Impact windows over Collins Avenue.



Guest Access:

The whole suite is yours. In the building: rooftop pool (loungers included, cabanas paid on reservation), 24-hour gym, hotel restaurants (dine-in and room service). The public beach at 21st Street is a few minutes on foot across Collins Park, and beach chairs are free for our guests. Valet parking at the hotel for a fee, entrance on Collins Avenue at 20th Street.



The Neighborhood:

Boulan sits in Collins Park, at the north end of South Beach. The beach is one block away, the Bass Museum and the park are across the street, and the Miami Beach Convention Center is a short walk. Lincoln Road's shops and restaurants are about ten minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

Miami International Airport is about 25 minutes by car. The free Miami Beach Trolley runs along Collins and Washington Avenues, with stops a short walk away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: the rooftop hot tub is temporarily closed for maintenance. The rooftop pool stays open.

Show your reservation at the front desk on arrival; suite keys are picked up from the concierge, available 24/7.

Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out on request, subject to availability.

Parking: hotel valet, entrance on Collins Avenue at 20th Street; ask the concierge for current rates.

Non-smoking suite. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
