I’m disgusted that I found black mold in my room my last day o have videos and photos , I was told only a resort fee would be taken off I would have hoped they understand black mold is deadly but they didn’t care I expected to get refund but no Ididnt I’m disgusted on how everyone on Expedia and the hotel handled the situation The only way I would change this one star is if I sees efund back on ONE of my 3 room stay there Honestly if I don’t see any. Change I will make sure that I go on social media and show truely how bad this hotel is and call the health department on them

I was in from Kansas City and the Chiefs were playing their last game of the season, and quite possibly Travis Kelce’s last game. I asked the front desk where I might find a bar in the area that may play it for me, and they sent me to the pool bar. The bartender was wonderful and found it for me. It was such a wonderful experience! Thank you!
