The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and it has easy access to the beach. They were able to switch out the goose feather pillows with good hypoallergenic ones. I wasn’t bothered by any noise. The staff and management all seemed very motivated to make sure we had a great stay, and we did.

Love this hotel highly recommend. Ariel one of the workers was the absolute best. He was one of the reasons I gave 5 stars. Loved the 2 hour free bikes and the pool was just awesome. Did a garden view room that basically turned out to be an ocean front so that was a bonus. Next time I’m in south beach this is where I’ll be staying !

•Room was terribly out dated. No heat (it was 42° in miami) •Bed spread had stains •Extremely noisy at 7am. People rolling track containers around every morning. Sounded like a train. • Leaky faucet in tub that was almost impossible to fall asleep with. • Staff at front desk basic shrugged their shoulders when i complained. But hey, they took $50 off my stay. A whooping 3%

We had a great stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean . Comfy beds. My only complaint is the slamming doors in the hallways . We moved rooms after 1 night , it was marginally quieter.
