I love everything about this property ! Hugo in concierge , the front desk staff , the housekeeping staff ALL ARE TOP NOTCH! Our room was beautiful as well . We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service it was great !

I spent my 60th birthday at the W South Beach. I appreciated the champagne and birthday cake I was provided. I also love that they will save seats at the pool with umbrellas as soon as they open. Friendly staff; easy access to the beach; beautiful rooms; wonderful overall experience!

Amazing property. Service was impeccable by every single staff member. Very impressed. The food in the Chinese restaurant was not very good (dumplings and noodle appetizer) but even here the service was great.

the staff was very friendly and the location is perfect! There are also some very good restaurants next to the hotel. Unfortunately on our last day there was very loud noise due to construction work in the upper floors - we complained it (concierge; guest service..) and asked for help - but there was no reaction from the hotel side - not even a "sorry for that"..

From the moment we arrived at the W South Beach, we were blown away. The hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with a modern, airy design that makes every space feel spacious and inviting. The staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating – every interaction was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. The family pool is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of space to relax while the kids enjoy the water, and the adults-only pool is a serene escape for some peaceful downtime.
