My flight was delayed and I called from 9PM-1030PM along with Expedia with no answer to let them know I would not be in until 1AM. No answer mailbox full for Expedia and myself. Even the following day from 8AM-12PM no answer. Thanks to Expedia they helped me woth credit and assistance in making a reservations down the street. Would bot recommend.

This property is really close to the beach! The inside of the Lobby and seating area is cozy and comfortable. The pool area and patio restaurant gives this hotel a unique touch. The hotel lost my reservations and were not sympathetic or accommodating about it but as the weekend went along they became more helpful and friendly. The only downside is the property doesn’t have ice readily available for guest. Guest must go to the on-site restaurant to ask for ice. They also will store your luggage if you have a later flight. The quality is good especially for the lower price. Not a good variety of close by food options nearby.

My bed sheet was dirty and I found hair, I also didnt have pillow and I called the front desk no one answered. I had to go downstairs and the elevator was taking a bit longer to open as well. I dont know where the 8 or 10 rating from regarding cleanliness coz I dont think the my bed was clean enough like someone was sleeping on it before and left stains plus the hair. The only good thing about this hotel is they have so many sitting areas from the front to the back where the pool is. Other than that I don't think I'll come back to thi hotel ever again. The pics doesn't really represent the reality of the cleanliness and everything else regarding the rooms.
