This property is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s a refurbished 2 1/5 star hotel with cosmetic changes only. This means that functionally it is still a 2 star hotel with elevators out of commission, A/C units noisy as rockets and creaky doors all over the place. The hotel staff heavily prioritizes Spanish speaking guests and the service isn’t that great for others.

A maintenance man tried to walk in at 7:15am without knocking. The cleaners never cleaned my room until I asked the 2nd day. The glass shower is in the middle of the room so consider that when deciding who you are rooming with. Very few of the staff speak English at all

I was so disappointed in my stay here,,, I’m a single woman and was put in a corner room facing an alley and told it was the quietest floor 2nd it wasn’t and it was she least appealing thing about my stay. It was my fist time experiencing Miami it should have been memorable
