This was a very poor experience. I paid for a suit that was advertised to have balcony access. I quickly learned, upon my arrival, that there would be no balcony access. The door were taped up, as they were utlizing an air unit, pulling in air from outside? Because the room’s thermostat was broken.
I alerted Expedia, requesting a refund, as I paid for accommodations, i clearly did not recieve, but they declined.
Additionally, I tried to contact hotel multiple times, ahead of my arrival, and the phone number on file, was never answered once.
I would not stay here again, and very disappointed in Expedia’s lack of willingness to help resolve this.
