We landed at 815pm. Called front desk for 32 mins trying to get the airport shuttle. Ended up paying $25 bucks to Uber to drive us 1.2 miles. To hotel from airport. Not happy at all for wasting my time.

The room was newly renovated and very well kept. My only complaint is that in the renovation the bathrooms were moved and the bathrooms for two are now side by side side by side on the same wall. This makes the livable space in each room very small. Also the opposite wall between the two rooms is so thin that you can hear and understand what the occupants in the next room were saying. The staff was courteous, well trained, and very helpful. But we will not be staying in that particular ramada in future trips.

Stayed one night pre-cruise. Although we were unable to connect with the airport shuttle, the cab ride was reasonable. The restaurant on site was packed but McD's is next door. Cruise shuttle available on site. Very nice place to stay.

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast definitely not worth $12.96. Only issue was the Hispanic guest are noisy.

This property needs some updating and deep cleaning. Carpet and walls were dirty. My bedside table had food from the previous guests. Did not have an elevator. Breakfast was not hot and a typical gree breakfast you get at any hotel but it was not gree. It costs $12.00. There is a McDonalds next door and it would have been better food and probably cheaper. Airport shuttle was fast and the port shuttle was great. Only $14.00 one way. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was stocked well.
