Its December coming from a cold city and trying to keep from getting sick the room nor the building has heat granted even in Florida at night it can get chilly. The front desk said the owner say its better to not have heat to kill the germs. As a nurse and former health inspector how can you take a shower and then sleep in a cold room this is unacceptable.i have 5 blanket and not even correct. Proper cleaning and sanitation keeps germs down i hate i booked this place.

Only thing I liked about this hotel was they offered a shuttle from the hotel to the ports other then that nothing or nobody was good about this place the rooms was cold and when asked about heat they said the hotel didn’t have heat so our stay the first night was HORRIBLE AND COLD then we tried to cancel our reservation for when we returned from vacation we couldn’t because it was non refundable so we had another horrible stay when we came back I will never recommend this hotel to anyone on top of them not returning my deposit and keep shifting blam to my bank never had any problems with a deposit until now

Do not even bother to show up early expecting to check in. The lobby was a mess. People lined up down the hallway. I waited for an hour, then before it was my turn told I needed to put my name on a list, and wait. I then saw people who came in after me just get their rooms without being on the list. I finally left for a couple hours to get a late lunch. Once I came back around 5 it was much quicker. Turns out this hotel is used to house crew and passengers before they go to their cruise ship. Apart for that the hotel was fine. Basic and showing its age, but clean and quiet, which was all I needed for a single night. The shower was nice and hot, which was a real plus.

The room was so foul, the smell was rotted. After 12 hours of flying and checking in. I immediatley checked out and book another room at 11pm at night because I could not stay there. Its cost me over $500 to find a hotel close to the airport in such short notice. There where drug dealers outside and it was just slimmy there. I rate it a 0 out of 10

Tv didn’t work, No internet, room had a bad smell. The room was freezing no heat just offered extra blankets. Front desk staff acted like they did not want to be there. The lady that brought blankets was very sweet.

Entire hotel is old outdated and decrepit, furniture was old ,even light switch covers was horrible, called hotel several times before I arrived to check in , and no one answered the phone.wouldn't stay or recommend to stay there ever again. Don't no how expedia could associate their good name with that business!

Room :- needs a little modernization especially in the bathroom. The bathrooms backed up to often even when not in use so it seems to be general plumbing issues. The signs around the hotel needs to be revisited if they are no ice bins on the floors remove the signs. Johnny postles or small roaches were ever present in the room. Room 226 which seems to be right by a service door is veryyyyyy inconvenient as it’s constantly left to slam and is very noisy and makes it hard to sleep or it wakes you up very early. The thermostat in the room seems not to be able to regulate and that was also an inconvenience.
