Terrible rude front desk male staff, discrimination against Asian people. We booked and paid for queen beds room, front desk even sent engineer to confirm they are full size beds, too small for us. They refused to change to correct room and refused to provide an extra folding bed.

The problem is the Shuttle Bus. Stop running at 1h00 oclock. My Fly at 6h20 AM I.have to come seat down at the Airport At Ramada. Hotel the Shuttle Bus Running Every hours. That was a Bad Experience.at Clarinton
