The property is under renovation. Too much noise around and it was a little dusty. When you get to the property, the front desk is in the lobby and it doesn’t give you a good appearance. The personal is gritando helpful, but the property needs a better management

The TV in the room was not so great, the tv turn off completely a couple of times while I was was watching it. I couldn't call the front desk because the phone had no connection to call out. So I had to go down to the front desk for help.

The hotel is fully under construction causing it to be hard to get in and out of without interfering with the construction workers. The water would not get hot in the shower no matter “how long” I let it rub and waited for it to heat up. When I called the front desk to report this issue I was told “the water isn’t meant to get boiling hot it’s only meant to get room temperature. Let it run it will warm up”

Booked this hotel because we had a over night layover and didnt want to stay at the airport. I read the good reviews and the price was hard to beat. We had a king bed room and the room was very large! The shampoo and shower gel was nice. There are small issues with molding around the floor and ceiling and such but that is the only flaw with this hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The a/c wasnt on and my husband couldnt sleep even though we turned it on to 67 degrees. It is very conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport but, the airport / plane noises were not bad. We also had the first room by the elevators so we heard people talking all night. All in all this is a great hotel for a short layover and even a weekend trip to Miami. Thank you. :)
