I made this reservation since I was starting a new job in Miami. I must say this was the worst idea. On Expedia, i paid for breakfast to be included, but the first morning I woke up and went to the front desk and found that the kitchen was not in service. This meant that for almost 2 weeks, I would need to go out and buy breakfast before going to work. This was highly not expected, and met with a shrug of an apology. No partial refund, no nothing, which is why will not direct anyone to this location.... ever.

We had an issue where our door didn’t work and we couldn’t get out of the room, and when we did, we were on our way to a concert so the front desk staff said they would have another room ready for us when we returned. Other than that, it was a good stay for the night. Room was clean and quiet and AC worked well. Staff was super nice. They are working on the lobby so there wasn’t one, but other than that I’d stay again.

I stayed here for a business trip, and the room was spacious and very clean. It featured a large smart TV, and the A/C worked well. The bathroom was spotless. My only wish is that the room had a coffee maker. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The property was undergoing renovations at the front, which appeared to include a new cafeteria—a great addition. I would likely stay here again on my next visit to town.
