The location was good. We did not get the appartment pictured. There were many issues with the property that made our 8 day stay challenging. The dish washer was not screwed in and kept falling out. The washer dryer combo did not work. They only provided a single roll of toilet paper and a single mini trash bag. We also did not have bedding for everyone or wash clothes. The front lobby door did not work for electric access and we got locked out often.

Not Cleaned.

The property overall was okay. The cleanliness of the property was the issue. Sheets had makeup stains of the previous people. Someones lashes were in-between the sheets ehich makes me think they were not cleaned. The sink would not drain and just overall dusry and needed a good clean.

Bad… REAL BAD.. no communication :(

The location was OKAY… we were able to walk to everything… but the place itself was run down.. shady… had a balcony that looked over a trash bin and was stinky... we are a family of 5.. we opened the couch to set up the bed for my son and crumbs fell out.. pubic hairs all over the sheets, it was disgusting .. I wanted to show my kids how nice and fun Miami is and this was definitely NOT the place to do that.. there was makeup on the pillowcases in the other bedroom that my daughter stayed in.. the washer/dryer combo machine did not work…it had a spot for instructions but they were worn off.. it was rusted and in bad shape too.. no batteries in the tv remote in my kids room..my contact was Maria.. I messaged her 5x but she NEVER RESPONDED ONCE.. our entire stay… this was very upsetting.. we were unable to contact her the entire time. I would NEVER stay here again. TERRIBLE

This was a very secluded beautiful apartment!! I would really stay again! It’s in close proximity to everything on South Beach!! The building is clean and had groundskeepers on site!!!!
