From checking in to check out everything was awful. Waited an hour to check in because they didn’t have our reservation, apparently a communication gap between the host and my wife. Then the room was not properly ready for us for the price we paid. they charge a five star price and give you a two star accommodation. There’s not 1 ounce of personal touch, you book online you do not have any personal connection with anybody at the hotel. Their checkout is at at 11 AM. I asked for 11:30 AM check out and was told I cannot have it.
I was given two keys to check in at the room, and when we finally got to the room, the keys did not work.
If you don’t leave the hundred dollar deposit for the incidentals, then you cannot check in. There are no incidentals that fee is just to cover any damages you might cause.
I tried to talk to the manager about the situation and how disappointed we were and basically was told there’s nothing we can do. That’s basically the scenario in the hotel there’s nothing anybody can do.
I paid $375 for a room that should’ve been $100 because the connection between the hotel and their guests are awful.
I will never stay here again. So disappointed I paid approximately $600 for two nights. I would like to be fully refunded. It was a terrible start to my vacation.
A one star rating is too high.
