This was the hotel we always stay at when in Miami This visit was disappointing We were up early to catch a flight and went down to grab a quick coffee...there were no cups. My husband went to the front desk to ask for some, the woman told my husband that they didn't have any.... very dismissive Not to mention that the security was sprawled out sound asleep on a banquet We will not be returning
