Horrible dirty place, I booked five nights however I had to check out earlier since my room was infested with cockroaches and no one seem to care about it. This is the worst holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed.

Disappointed with our stay.

I called twice to alert the staff I would be arriving after 4pm check-in time. The staff assured me that it was fine. Upon arrival, I found out the room I chose was no longer available. No one called me, instead the front desk staff angel told me he tried to run the card on file , instead of calling to verify if he can even process the payment. I choose online to pay at property. which is not the card I was paying with and was short 5 or so dollars from the amount due. And that resulted in us receiving a room with no mini fridge or microwave. The room I picked had both. How would I keep the drinks cold and if I had left overs, how would I reheat my food? The ice machine was broken, they failed to put a sign up to alarm anyone who has a room there. There was no trash can just small bins. Moving forward I will not be staying at the days inn.

The hotel was fine for its category. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a quiet stay. Overall, the hotel was well-kept and the staff was friendly. It is also conveniently located near shops and very close to the airport. The main issue I had was with the pool: it was dirty, with hair extensions and false eyelashes floating in the water, as well as a lot of plant debris at the bottom. I wanted to take a swim, but after walking around and seeing all that dirt, I lost interest. The water didn’t even seem to be chlorinated. Other than that, the hotel was just average.

This place was very quiet and friendly staff was the guy at the front desk. I didn’t to call one of the shopping stores and he tried to assist me. My husband also said he was very helpful. The rates are affordable also.
