Just always clean most of the time it’s good customer service. But the dark skin young lady can be rude like she doesn’t want to be at work every time I come there. Not the fall pretty dark skin young lady. Someone need to train her when dealing with the public.

My only complaint is I went to the front desk and told them I DO NOT WANT HOUSEKEEPING. Came back from work the next day housekeeping came in bed made and cleaned. I was VERY UPSET just had an emergency and could address my concern.

Now this is the worst hotel I’d ever seen. Tried 4 different rooms 4 different problems and one of them was mold and rust due to lack of even having a baseboard in the bathroom. Another room was infested with flies in the sink, another room had a stopped up toilet, another the floor was separating in multiple places. This place needs a full remodel and should not be hosting u till it does.
Floor separating and it was like this across the room. I didn’t bother to take pictures of the mold I just left at that point.
